 Water Damage Water Damage can be on ceilings and walls. It occurs mostly on ceilings from a water leak from the outside. Attempting to cover the stain with regular paint will not work. Always clean the area first, (usually with clorox), then apply a stain blocker. We prefer an oil based blocker which usually covers with one application. After it is dry, it is ready for a coat of the regular latex paint. |
